Warranty Information

The ECU Connection offers a 30 Day Limited Exchange Only Warranty. If in the event you should have problem with the functionality of our unit, please call us with your diagnostics, and we will send a replacement unit with complimentary USPS Priority Mail shipping. 

All Air Bag Units, Test Units, and Cores are sold as is. We will not be held responsible for the working condition of Air Bag units. The ECU Connection does not warranty the product installation or application of the purchased unit.

Certain Infiniti and Nissan ECUs are sold as is. The Product Description will have a comment about this issue and the lack of warranty.

The ECU Connection assumes no liability and is not responsible nor will we pay for labor, towing claims, technical fees, rental car, hotel etc. arising from the unit purchased.

The ECU Connection's warranty does not apply to any defects caused by misuse, collision, negligence or any unreasonable use including, but not limited to, improper application, installation and modification.

After 1 replacement is sent, the warranty is exhausted. 

Core Returns

For a Core Deposit Refund, please return your ECM core within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the original invoice. Core price amount will be credited to you within 3-5 business days of receipt of your core.
